1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or letter).

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

4. Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Condition of Returned Items

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please return items in their original condition whenever possible, including packaging if available.

6. Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly personalized

  • Handmade or custom-made items produced specifically for the customer (once applicable)

7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case.

Please ensure that returns are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.
