How long does shipping take?
Ready-made items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Handmade items may require additional processing time depending on availability, order size, and current workload. If longer processing times apply, they will be clearly communicated. Delivery times vary depending on your location and DHL shipping times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL from Germany. Shipping is available to all countries supported by DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, as well as the size and weight of your order. We do not include shipping costs in product prices to ensure fair and transparent pricing.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For orders within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
For international orders (for example, the United States), customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Orders to the United States under approximately 800 USD are often exempt from import duties under current thresholds, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Any customs fees, import taxes, or related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU law.

Do you offer custom products?
Custom-made items will be available soon. Once available, please note that custom products may be excluded from returns.
