We ship worldwide from Germany using DHL, with delivery available to all destinations supported by DHL’s network.
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout and are based on your destination, parcel size, and package weight. The full shipping cost will always be shown before you complete your order, so there are no hidden fees.
From time to time, we may also offer free or discounted shipping as part of special promotions.
Processing Times
- Ready-made items: dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Handmade items: processing times may vary depending on current workload, availability, and order size
If an order requires additional time, this will always be clearly communicated.

Please note that customs clearance, local postal delays, and other external factors may affect delivery times and are unfortunately outside our control.
